Please test fitment before painting. Tank weld seams may require filler to meet your individual requirements. Do not grind or sand the seams as this may cause leaks. We suggest using Kreem gas tank combo kitto clean, condition and seal. Check petcock opening, making sure the petcock can be easily installed. Petcock fitting should be masked or plugged during painting for easy installation of petcock. *NOTE: Some 45 tank installation with a cateye dash will require 1/8" spacers on the top of the tank bolt, to allow dash base to fit properly. 45 tank set space as required to
